Dosen Prodi PBI FKIP UMM Berkolaborasi dengan SMA Islam Batu, Luncurkan Buku Kumpulan Cerpen “Simfoni Jiwa”
PBI FKIP UMM – Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia (PBI) Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) kembali membuktikan komitmennya dalam meningkatkan literasi dan kreativitas di kalangan pelajar melalui kolaborasi produktif. Dosen-dosen Prodi PBI FKIP UMM berkolaborasi dengan siswa-siswa SMA Islam Batu untuk menciptakan sebuah karya sastra berjudul “Simfoni Jiwa”, yaitu buku kumpulan cerpen yang mencerminkan kreativitas dan pemikiran siswa dalam bentuk tulisan. Kerja sama ini tidak hanya menjadi sarana bagi para siswa untuk mengekspresikan ide dan perasaan mereka melalui cerpen, tetapi juga memberikan pengalaman langsung dalam proses kreatif penulisan dan penerbitan buku. Kolaborasi ini merupakan bagian dari upaya Prodi PBI FKIP UMM untuk terus produktif dan mendorong keterlibatan mahasiswa serta dosen dalam kegiatan yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat, terutama di bidang pendidikan dan literasi. Arif Setiawan, M.Pd., Kepala Program Studi PBI FKIP UMM, menyampaikan apresiasinya atas kerja keras dan semangat kolaboratif dari para dosen serta antusiasme para siswa SMA Islam Batu dalam mewujudkan buku “Simfoni Jiwa” ini. “Kami di Prodi PBI FKIP UMM berkomitmen untuk terus berinovasi dan berkolaborasi, tidak hanya di lingkungan kampus tetapi juga dengan sekolah-sekolah. Karya ini adalah salah satu bentuk nyata dari upaya kami untuk produktif dan kolaboratif dalam meningkatkan minat baca dan tulis di kalangan generasi muda,” ujar Arif Setiawan. Peluncuran buku “Simfoni Jiwa” ini disambut hangat oleh para siswa, guru, dan masyarakat yang hadir. Buku ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber inspirasi bagi siswa lainnya untuk berani menulis dan mengekspresikan diri mereka. Ke depannya, Prodi PBI FKIP UMM berencana untuk terus memperluas kolaborasi serupa dengan berbagai sekolah lain, sebagai bagian dari misi akademis dan sosial yang lebih luas dalam memajukan literasi di kalangan generasi muda. Dengan dirilisnya “Simfoni Jiwa,” kolaborasi ini menjadi contoh inspiratif bagaimana perguruan tinggi dan sekolah dapat bekerja sama dalam membangun budaya literasi yang kuat, memberikan wadah bagi siswa untuk berkarya, dan mempersiapkan mereka menjadi generasi kreatif di masa depan. Acara Festival Literasi Kota Bojonegoro ini diharapkan dapat menjadi wadah yang berkelanjutan bagi pengembangan budaya literasi dan apresiasi seni di Indonesia. Keikutsertaan mahasiswa PBI FKIP UMM menjadi bukti nyata bahwa generasi muda mampu berperan aktif dalam mengangkat nilai-nilai budaya dan sastra Indonesia.
